RosettaCloud: our company in Egypt, which employs our engineers, and RosettaCloud LLC, registered in Delaware, USA. For anything about your data, write to sorour@rosettacloud.ai.

Only what you send us: through the contact, support, and job application forms, the chat, and email. That is your name, email, phone, company, and message, and for a job application your CV and LinkedIn profile.

rosettacloud.ai uses no analytics or advertising cookies. careers.rosettacloud.ai uses the cookies its software needs to work and records which of its pages you visit (so we can answer your chat in context). Our forms, including the job application form on rosettacloud.ai, use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out.

To answer you, to consider you for a job, and to run our business. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

When you apply for a job, Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic in the USA, reads your CV against the job description to help us sort applications and prepare interviews. We remove your name, email, phone number, and links from the CV first. A person makes every hiring decision.

In our own business system, which we run in Egypt and reach through Cloudflare. Its files, including CVs, are stored encrypted with Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany, and so are its backups. A job application goes from the form straight to that storage. Our email runs on Microsoft 365.

A message: as long as we need to answer it and follow up. A CV: we delete it six months after the hiring decision, unless you agree that we keep it on file.

Backups, and copies of files we have deleted, are kept for up to 90 days, then removed.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to sorour@rosettacloud.ai. Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) applies.
